• Constantly working in different environments with different people requiring a mix of different skills to get the job done
• Long hours involved, majority of the time being one of the first to arrive and last to leave.
• I communicate with others I am working with in order to get tasks done, however I am perfectly capable of doing most jobs myself when it is required, but will ask for advice if there's something I'm unsure how things should be done, if I am working somewhere new, in order to do things correctly.
• I have been able to learn ways to manage any difficult customers or situations more effectively in order to make a better outcome for everyone.

• Worked in busy venues transporting food and drinks to specific bars when requested.
• Arrive before events started in order to set up kegs with gas at specific areas in the bars so they're ready when customers arrived, and quite often one of the last to leave.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed when it came to setting up or other tasks that might have been asked of me, that were in my ability.
• I was able to figure out a routine and best ways to perform specific tasks, which meant things were done quicker and I was able to take products where they needed to go quick as possible.
• Learned new skills and applied to daily tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Provided general cleaning of venue spaces before, during and after events.
• Maximized customer service and satisfaction by providing directions to visitors regarding requested locations, events and landmarks.

• Worked with artists to take them where needed, and liaised with them to make sure they're looked after.

I worked with Fablevision as work experience through my high-school, as that was when my interest in the film industry started since my first year, with them I was able to work on two different music videos in which I wrote, filmed and edited everything, giving me an insight into what goes into film making.
