- Waiter – While working this part of the job I served customers their foods and helped them in case they wanted anything, this got me noticed by my general manager which placed me in a very good position in terms of shifts as I am always wanted.
My duties included working collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Barman – Working at the bar served customers their drinks and set the bar up, which included moving tills and kegs around.
While working at the bar I get to speak to a big number of customers and processes both cash and card transactions
- Portering – While portering I get to move tables, chairs and fridges around as I must set up rooms for the customers to dine in.
Because of my skills I managed to be able to move everything quicker which made me save a lot of time during work, while also following health and safety procedures.

- Problem solving skills - Shown everyday as I must solve the problem of where tables and chairs go or must figure out an alternative in case a customer don't like their food or drinks
