During my time in this role the organisation transitioned through two major restructures. Key responsibilities, in addition to my clinical role, included:
· Professional responsibility for independent contractor groups in Fife (GPs, Dentists and Optometrists) and for medical staff working within my division (circa 200 clinicians).

NHS Fife executive lead for Risk Management from 2005 to 2010, integrating risk management into clinical governance framework and establishing it as a key responsibility for clinical managerial staff to implement and monitor with support.

Established specialist local and regional mental health services for Eating Disorders and Forensic Mental Health Services.
I was a Trustee of the Dementia Services Development Centre at the University of Stirling between 2006 and 2014 (approximately).
