For over 18 years, I worked as a teacher of English as a Foreign Language at schools and colleges in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

In 2019, I returned from working in Spain to care for my ailing father full-time.

As well as general household tasks, I monitored my father's medication with care and precision, liaised with external support providers and assisted in all aspects of his personal care.
