- My time at Primark taught me a lot and gave me an insight into employment and the roles that come with it.

- During my business skills foundation apprenticeship that was done through my school, i learnt a lot about the business world, like some of the tasks and responsibilities that come with it.
- Every week i would go to Richard Irvin, which is based at straiton, and would mirror my apprenticeship worker who was the head of admin there.
- I had a lot of responsibilities there while still completing work i had to do to get my FA qualification.
- Some of my responsibilities were phoning customers, being involved in meetings, spreadsheet tasks and talking to other clients
