Newly Qualified Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician with almost 10 years experience in the pharmacy industry. Currently employed at Boots Pharmacy where I have been responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions and providing excellent customer service.

I am skilled in phone etiquette and problem solving, and have completed various courses including Healthcare Advisor, Dispensing Advisor, Pharmacy Technician and most recently Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician.

I am currently registered with the GPHC and have received training in Winter Flu Jab service, Sexual Health, Substance Misuse, Needle Exchange and Pharmacy First (Minor Ailments).
