I have always worked with members of the public and I regularly get praised on my excellent customer service. I have knowledge of how prescriptions are generated, downloaded, dispensed and handed out to the customer. I also have knowledge of dispensing medication and what it is used for. I can request repeat medications, download prescriptions from the online EPS system. I listen on the phone and let customers finish without butting in. I like to treat customers as I would like any member of my family to be treated.

I was also a stop smoking advisor and healthy living representative. Unfortunately my dad became terminally ill in 2016 and my mum was also diagnosed with vascular dementia around the same time. I was cookin, cleaning and caring for both parents whilst working full time at the pharmacy and it was becoming too much, working in such a busy pharmacy, so I decided to work at a quieter pharmacy (Day Lewis). This enabled me to continue to care for my parents.
