• Overhauled paperwork to ensure efficiency and suitability including aparent/Teacher concerns sheet for early identification of SEND, one page profiles and new APDR records,
• Introduced rigorous CPD programme for Teachers and TA's improving staff's understanding of how to support children with neuro-diversity (all staff trained in ADHD and to Autism level 2)
• Introduced system of interventions across KS1 and 2 and provided high quality CPD by outside agencies in all interventions
• Increased provision for children with SEND across school
• Improved offer to parents with SEND including more regular meetings with SENDCo, coffee mornings, and social media information page,
• Successfully introduced Internal Resource Provision for children with complex communication and Interaction needs
• Introduced TEAMS SEND page for all paperwork to be accessible by all staff and with resources to support staff knowledge around SEND
• Ensured that staff had increased time in school to write their paperwork
