Scout Moore

I have worked my way up from Court Monitor to Supervisor over the past four years. In my capacity as Supervisor, I am required to work in all areas of the park. These include: climbing, parties, laser tag, holiday camp, reception, cafe and clean team. My role includes staff training, overseeing and supporting departments, handling customer complaints and attending major first aid incidents.

As a Party Host, I ensure that parties run smoothly, from phoning the customer in advance of their party to finalise details, welcoming the group and giving safety briefings, running games, organising food and the party rooms and ensuring everyone has fun.

In my role as a Climbing Instructor, I run sessions for all ages which include: giving safety briefings, harnessing and encouraging the guests.

As a Holiday Camp Leader (summer holidays) I entertained up to 15 children within the park including creating activities when not using park equipment.

In addition to Supervisor, I have taken on the role of Wellbeing Rep. In this role, I am a point of contact for staff who need support either in the workplace or in their personal life.

In my role as a CSR, I handled customer enquiries, took orders over the phone and trained staff in the department.
