• I have many years of experience in working with children, in a church setting and more recently in a learning centre. I find delight and joy to see each child achieve, progress and overcome each challenge they may face.
• I have have skills in being able to create an environment of love, care and fun whilst maintaining a good level of discipline.
• I lead a team of staff at a learning centre so I have good skills and experience in being able to encourage and support staff to fulfil their role, with excellence.
• I serve as the DSL in a learning centre which demands a high level of responsibility in dealing with the welfare and safety of children and vulnerable adults.
• As a fully trained Paediatric first aider, I am well able to deal with all types of possible injuries.
• Being raised in a military family will help me relate to and understand the military children in your setting, and to help with challenges and emotions they may experience.

After serving as a classroom monitor for a year, I was promoted to the supervisory position after the headteacher saw my leadership qualities and rapport with staff, children and parents.
