Running my own business. I employed excellent customer service and management skills. growing the business so it doubled in value over a 5 year period.

Working in Audio Visual support and service, this role involved solving problems in advanced AV systems in commercial propeties including hospitals, universities and private companies across the UK. Customer service was paramount, and I was involved from dealing with incoming customer contact through planning schedules and extensive driving to sites as well as testing and solving technical issues usually by myself.

During this time I worked for multiple companies doing everything from installation to contracts managment. Skills gained during this time included customer service, industry qualifications and driving to sites across the country.
