Samuel Moloney

• Part time work to help while at University.
• Cleaned and organized kitchen stations to promote team efficiency.
• Often had to do washing up, and was happy helping with anything to get the job done.
• Helped Head-chefs work the Pizza oven and serve food from time to time.

• Full time fry Chef working12 hour shifts, this included prep from 9 to 12 and service from 12 to 9.
• Work would often involve Friday and Saturday evenings which would be stressful and extremely busy which promoted team working skills, communication and working efficiently.

Required working with customers on tills which allowed me to develop skills in this area.

The nature of the work and company required long hours and sometimes target driven shifts which required discipline, adaptability and a hardworking mentality to complete.
