- Worked on performance testing of Eagle Eye’s omnichannel marketing platform, also known as AIR platform, which provides loyalty programmes, personalised rewards, subscriptions, and gift cards etc. to its clients such as ASDA, Tesco, Waitrose, Loblaws, Starbucks etc.
- Built Jenkins Pipeline to automate various test scripts/scenarios to run overnight/out-of-hours tests by integrating tools such as Jmeter and BlazeMeter to support repeating tests such as regression.
- Created testing scripts to cover various business features/microservices using the Apache JMeter tool to satisfy the business/clients requirements related to the AIR platform.
- Designed business goal-oriented performance test scenarios (e.g, Load, Stress, Regression etc.) using JMeter, Jenkins, BlazeMeter etc.
- Conducted load, stress and regression tests as per the client's requirement.
- Used monitoring tools like NewRelic and Google Logging tools to analyze the performance of various microservices under the load.
- Evaluated function, performance and design compliance of every product against design standards and customer needs.

- Reviewed the architectural design of the SCA platform to understand the end-to-end flow of various 2FA authentication (e.g., SMS, Call-Challenge, Appsign, Token) process for eCommerce payment journeys.
- Gathered non-functional requirements as per business requirements for each SCA features deployed.
