Sam Arthur Farthing

I am passionate for renewable energy solutions and firmly believe my hands on experience in motor vehicle with maintaining, installing, repairing, inspecting and diagnostics combined with safety awareness from my work experiences aswell as my physical stamina combined with loyalty, reliability and eagerness to learn would make me a positive addition to the team. Having an understanding of disabilities and assisting my elder brother with complex mental health has given me the advantage of patience, listening and a mature approach when required.

I have really enjoyed working on vehicles combing the oil, grease and electrical elements. Learning about all the different elements.

I lost 6 stone in 2019 and have committed myself to strength and discipline to improve my physical health, performance levels and build strength. I am passionate about combing nutrition to tailor an individual approach to assisting with other people's gym journeys.
