Salja Mulanthara Joseph

NORTHAMPTON,Northamptonshire

Summary

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse originally from India, with over 13 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Paediatric Wards. I completed my Nursing qualification in 2003 and have developed a strong clinical foundation in Medical – Surgical and Paediatric departments and patient centred practice throughout my career. I relocated to the UK with a Skilled Worker visa on 27 August 2021 and since then, I have been working at Duncote hall Nursing Home, Northampton as a health care Assistant. My five years of hands-on experience in the UK care sector have allowed me to adapt seamlessly to the UK healthcare environment and strengthen my understanding of holistic and person-centred care, especially for elderly and vulnerable adults. I am now a fully NMC-registered Adult Nurse as of 04/12/2024, and I am eager to return to clinical nursing within the NHS, where I can utilize my extensive international and UK based experience to contribute to safe, effective and compassionate patient care. I am well- versed in multidisciplinary teamwork, infection control practices, accurate documentation, and safeguarding procedures. My diverse background enables me to work confidentially under pressure, communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain high professional standards.
