Ruby Flynn

I completed work experience in two primary schools, where I developed important skills for a professional environment. I learned how to communicate clearly with staff and children, work as part of a team, and manage my time effectively. Supporting classroom activities helped me become more patient, organised, and responsible. I also understood the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality, and maintaining a positive attitude at work. I am currently focused on completing my BTECs in sixth form, which are helping me build knowledge and confidence. In the future, I hope to use these transferable skills to train and work successfully as a dental nurse.
