• Sourcing and procuring compliant OEM composite and structural spares/materials. Locating the most economic, whilst keeping logistics and Lead Time to the forefront, driving prices down to maximise IMT's profit margins.
• Supported procurement strategies, assessing objectives and implementing necessary service improvements.
• Sourced and verified quotations from suppliers before initiating purchase processes.
• Built productive relationships with suppliers and customers, communicated updates and sought mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Check Thoroughly paperwork such as Easa form 1s, FAA 8-130, OEM C of C.
• Manage processes such as outsourcing and sending PO's/ RFQ's to Heat treatment, Anodizing, cadmium plating, etc facilities.
• Chase and make sure parts and processes are on schedule regularly
• Meet with prospective suppliers
• Attend MRO shows to build new and maintain business relationships

• Inspect and book in parts after thoroughly checking paperwork and quantities match
• Process through the system creating batch numbers and locating to a designated location (creating a location if not one already)
• File all paperwork accordingly though IT and physical copies.
• Regularly check expiry dates
• Kit out all parts/materials for projects when they have been accepted
• Drive forklift to unload delivered aircraft parts.
• Unbox them and photograph
• Book into the system
• On completion box back up and forklift them back onto transport
• Help supply fitters and technicians with required tools
• Arrange transport for all out going units
• Arrange all scrap to be professionally disposed of.

• Worked in the Fraud Team looking out for peoples monies being fraudulently stolen
• Worked in correspondence with law officials if people had been a victim of crime.
