Working in a yo sushi kiosk inside a Tesco, making fresh food daily infront of customers to put on shelves, within a small team. I have gained skills such as being able to train and supervise new staff. responsibility of lone working whilst getting everything done. Maintaining health and food standards in a kitchen ensuring everything is clean. following a FIFO system so all food on display is fresh.

I worked front counter and drive-thru primarily. Taking orders accurately, operating a register and maintaining hygiene standards. Running orders, presenting customers with their food, handling cash, preparing food. Job duties include operating a cash register, cleaning the restaurant, and completing other assigned tasks. Maintain open and effective communication with customers and managers, with excellent one-to-one communicationwith customers.

I previously worked at Ravenscraig vaccination centre, I welcomed and communicated with members of the public and staff to ensure the vaccination process ran smoothly and in a timely manner. I acted as a guide throughout the process and directed people through the centre in a welcoming and friendly manner. This built great teamwork and communication skills. I have also gained skills such as being able to handle challenging situations such as hostile patients, in a cool collected manner and how to be adaptable to a fast pace environment.
