• Led section level (8-12) during live infantry dismounted battle drills and situational training exercises, planned and ran live weapon ranges ensuring maximum safety was conducted.
• Monitored recruits progress through test administration and adapted learning plans whilst utilising a person centred teaching method to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Maintained security of local areas and performed route clearance for visiting high- ranking officials in Kabul. During this time, I was responsible in securing buildings, rooms and perimeters - minimising exposure times.
• Proven in my ability to maintain 100% accountability of all assigned equipment worth millions ranging from ammunition to armoured fighting vehicles whilst on overseas operations. With each foxhound vehicle costing £923k I was in charge of the weekly checks and maintenance of 4 vehicles. Carrying out checks on the 22 soldiers under my command ensuring they have not lost any kit they have been issued, ranging from ammunition, fentanyl and nightvision sights.
