Long-term employment and management from the age of 16 reflects reliability, commitment and loyalty to the workplace. Although offered RGM opportunities, these were respectfully declined due to personal career goals. Experience in customer service and conflict resolution highlights strong suitability for roles within hospitality. Completed secondary education up to S6, achieving 3 Highers, 5 National 5 qualifications, 8 National Units and a Mental Health and Well-being course at SCQF Level 5. I also achieved a Princes Trust Award and Certificate in Teamwork and Community (ETC) and also completed Princes Trust Achieve. Alongside these I completed multiple extra curriculars within and outside of school.
