Summary

I've had an experienced journey through football where I have overcame physical and mental difficulties and been forced to push myself out the comfort zone . I have played pro-youth for queens park for 2 years which shows how i am able to cope in a environment which demands very high standards. I also have played for SYFA(Scottish Youth Football Association) which I successfully made the team after attending 5 trials and battling against almost 300 boys across Scotland, which shows my great ability to perform under pressure. I have had some previous work experience in a summer football coaching job. I Successfully led the camp for children aged 6-8, overcoming an initial inexperience in coaching. I was forced to adapt to unexpected circumstances by taking charge when three coaches withdrew last minute, and due to me stepping up and pushing myself out my comfort zone it resulted in a well-received program and positive reviews from participants. This demonstrates my expertise in strong leadership and ability to create an engaging atmosphere. To summarise this is evidence of my ability to create a positive environment with little to no experience, driven with natural ability to inspire children towards achieving their personal best which demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills, highlighting my readiness to tackle new challenges and deliver quality outcomes.
