
After leaving teaching in early 2024, I was offered an opportunity in the Social Housing industry. My key focus when taking on the role within, was to help create a safe and nurturing ethos for people who require housing. Within this role, I have had the opportunity to scale and build the company from myself as the only employee, to now being a company of 25 employees within 2 years. As a company we have provided services to a Housing Association which has scaled from 100 properties to over 2000 properties within their portfolio, as of today. Audit and Inspection Limited have gone from strength to strength under my leadership, including improving our main contractor’s overall compliance score from 12% to 98%. Processes and efficiencies are what I thrive on in a working environment, and I am now seeking a new role to challenge and develop myself in a new company.
