  • Managing and organising our company Induction event which runs bi-monthly for our colleagues all across the UK, which is for around 50-70 colleagues an event. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as Executive members, Directors and Caterers etc.
  • Developing the company Glassdoor page. Which insisted of requesting and responding to company reviews, creating content and successfully engaging internal and external members of staff with the company profile.
  • Running new starter conversations to gauge a new starters experience, finding the areas of concern and raising them in the appropriate channels to improve attrition and retention of our employees. As well as praising the positives to the business areas to give that holistic feedback.
  • The main point of contact for inbox queries and answering them within the SLA.
  • Took part in the creation and development of our People Experience strategy.
  • Analysing Exit Survey data and reporting it to People Business Partners to take the feedback to their business areas.

  • I solely ran the new starter process at the university, ensuring this was completed in the most efficient way to give new employees the smoothest onboarding possible. This is achieved by liaising with the Talent Acquisition and IT team to meet deadlines accordingly across all of our departments.
  • Managed performance by reviewing new colleagues probation documents and highlighting any issues and raising it to People Advisors. Creating pass, extension and fail letters in the process.
  • Managed sickness across the organisation, receiving updates from managers on short and long term sickness cases. Which led to ensuring colleagues pay is correct across the UK, Berlin and Prague for the organisation by liaising with payroll regularly.
  • We have a Fast-Paced People Services inbox which requires a vast understanding company knowledge and being able to apply this quickly to meet the demands of our service level agreement and employees expectations.
  • I took charge of the leaver process and analyse the data in what we can do to retain employees from Exit Surveys, but also monitoring our monthly turnover.
  • My role required me to use the reporting functions for gathering data, to ensure our system is accurate as possible regarding what's inputted.

  • Codemasters employees officially became EA employees in July 2021
  • I was very proud of being the project manager of a UK Onboarding Experience Project. During this task, I reviewed the current experience holistically in all departments, while gaining the new starter perspectives of the current process also. From this I generated a list of suggestions and improvements for the Onboarding Experience which have been implemented and being used currently.
  • This project allowed me to take mass pieces of data acquired from surveys and other data platforms, noticing trends and anomalies which were highlighted to the senior management team.
  • The acquisition of Codemasters and Electronic Arts caused the creation of multiple project groups to align processes, policies and procedures that I was involved in. I took part in the creation of multiple surveys regarding Future of Work in the company, which results were the deciding factor for how employees were going to be working in the future during Covid-19.
