• Accompanied multiple professionals to property viewings, learning about marketing strategies to increase the likelihood of buyers purchasing properties.
• Learnt about specialised software used (Alto), which increased my understanding of real estate operations.
• Increased my knowledge of the property market through one-to-one conversations with the Sales manager.
• Successfully conducted an investigation to investigative work to identify clients of the firm who had decided to use other agencies to manage their properties. I found around 5 people to have done this.

Participated in the live work experience by Futures For All with Citibank.

• Learnt about imposter syndrome through an informative presentation.
• Worked in a team to deliver a presentation on the impact of Trump's tariffs to the wider cohort. Each person within the team was allocated a slide to present to the cohort. We then received constructive feedback as a group from the Senior Vice President - Global Head Early Career Apprenticeships & Engagement Ryan Grimason, which was to present the information without reading the information word for word on the PowerPoint.
• Learnt about the company in greater detail; for example, clients include 85% of Fortune 500 companies.

• Performed general tasks, assisting staff members, such as: shelving according to the Dewey decimal system, administration work, and scanning returned books using software.
• Was given the opportunity to create a custom display within the library, deciding on the topic of Psychology. Choosing a personalised selection of books on Psychology, as well as designing a poster to showcase the display.

• Expected graduation year is 2029.

• Successfully completed Dofe Bronze.

• Volunteered as a student helper at the sixth form open days for the Economics department.
