I have been able to keep a level head in adverse and stressful situations in the workplace and overcome day-to-day challenges by using logical thought processes in situations where issues arise in times of increased service demand, in which I have alleviated the situation through prioritisation of key areas and keeping calm under pressure

I handled complaints daily by calling every customer from the previous day to confirm the quality of service and swiftly rectifying any issues or compensating customers with my manager's approval I was often able to defuse difficult situations and leave customers feeling much more satisfied with their experience
