I worked at Mazzolari, a luxury boutique shop in Milan, where I undertook a variety of tasks to ensure exceptional customer service. My responsibilities included operating the cashier, assisting customers by providing detailed information about products, and helping them find items that suited their needs. Additionally, I supported the delivery process by organizing and preparing orders. This role allowed me to develop strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills while working in a high-end retail environment.
