Quick resolutions and an eye for detail have been my strongpoints so far as whether it be charging at a large horned highland cow to stop it from escaping or proactively phoning for an ambulance when noticing signs of stroke I am able to ensure great service.
I have a strong work ethic whilst creating an upbeat mentality with my current service users using great interpersonal and communication skills to ensure the job is done to the best of my ability. Using my skills I often find different angles of care that have been overlooked and suggest them to management.
My time management is also excellent as balancing work with university and family commitments has built up an importance to hit targets.
