Highly motivated and focused individual, committed to achieving high standards, able to work autonomously but also within a team. I am a quick learner with excellent communication skills, who likes helping other people .
Began my career at Greencore in September 2024 where I have transitioned through different sides of the operations whilst studying for a degree in Management and leadership at Nottingham Trent University. Learning on the job how the business runs whilst currently working in managerial roles I have worked in fast, quickly changing work environments whilst maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail, I have also completed other certifications to do with food health and safety. Fire Marshal and First Aid Trained.
I must adapt to new and fast paced environments, where I must take phone calls from patients and assess to my knowledge of what appointment that they might need. I must have clear communication skills as every interaction contains important information that needs to be properly documented. So that they can receive the proper care that they are looking for.
I communicate with the patients, make them feel welcome and help settle any concerns that they may have. I must be very precise and careful when I am listening and communicating with patients and the vaccinator, ensuring that the correct information is conveyed, where vaccinations need to be captured correctly on a patients record. I find this role extremely rewarding as I find that's its allowing me to help the community, enabling people to stay safe, with the hope for them to maintain good health.
I have achieved a black belt in karate at the age of 10 where this led me to gain greater discipline and focus on targets I needed to achieve. I used to play apart of an amateur basketball player where I played in two different leagues representing both U18 National league and Men's West Midlands teams, I have also done work as a level 2 basketball referee, where I had to be confident and have good decision making and alongside this. I also was a level 2 basketball table official, where I had to have focus and be consistent with accuracy of information. I was also fortunate to have travelled to Borneo where I took part in working with local communities, learning about eco diversity, understanding of diverse cultures and more, as part of the world challenge organisation.
