I am currently a registered nurse degree apprentice in my fourth and final year of training. I will be qualified in March 2026 as a registered nurse. I have worked in the NHS for nearly six years now, firstly as a community respiratory support worker for 2 years, and then four years for my apprenticeship.
I am a confident and adaptable professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strengthened through varied work and life experiences. My positive, cheerful approach enables me to build strong relationships and engage effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers at all levels.
I pride myself on being highly organised, meticulous, and committed to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of my work. I regularly review and self-analyse my performance to ensure that all tasks, documentation, and data meet required standards and contribute to efficient workflows.
As a versatile and proactive team member, I thrive in environments where I can support technical and administrative processes, manage information systems, and contribute to problem solving. I am confident using digital tools, maintaining data integrity, and supporting day-to-day operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
I am committed to continuous learning and personal development, with a strong willingness to expand my technical skills and support improvements across systems and processes. Overall, I bring reliability, enthusiasm, and a solutions-focused mindset to every role.
I would be an asset to any team because of my positive communication skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. During my clinical placements, I have demonstrated the ability to quickly integrate into diverse environments, build rapport with patients and staff, and remain composed in high-pressure situations. I am a fast and keen learner who takes initiative, I am pro-active in my responsibilities and continuously look for ways to improve and deliver patient-centred care.
