Rebecca Parker

Neuroscientist graduate working in manufacturing, where I run day-to-day operations in a busy fabrication company. I manage estimation, planning, procurement, and project delivery, but I’ve also taken the time to learn the machinery, materials, and design processes inside out so I can make smart, informed decisions.

I’ve delivered large-scale contracts end to end, and built internal systems that now underpin our quoting and production workflows. I work closely with the workshop, suppliers, and clients to keep everything moving smoothly, even under pressure.

My scientific background gives me a clear, analytical approach – but it’s the practical, hands-on work where I thrive. I’m always looking to improve systems, solve problems, and bridge the gap.

Judicium Project

• Creating two projects, one based on work opportunities in Wales and researching different sectors, another based on creating a business and later presenting it to the government via a dragons den pitch.
