
Since my last employment I have been caring for family members. previously having over 20 years’ experience within the customer service sector, I’ve developed excellent customer service skills. I’ve effectively undertaken a wide variety of roles which have included working face to face, in a call centre, as an assistant manager of a team of 15 staff and owning my own business. I have consistently maintained a high level of attendance and punctuality and I apply 100% commitment to every role that I undertake. I have a full driving licence, am willing to undertake any training necessary to progress within my career and can start work immediately.
