  • I personally manage 20 (various) contracts ranging from security equipment to providing duplicate keys across campus and external buildings that are associated with UOB
  • My colleague and I developed implemented a new key ordering system with an Amazon approach so that customers can see the status of their orders at any time
  • My role includes working alongside UOB security to ensure technical advice as well as Working with their project teams and contractors dealing with Commend intercoms, barriers CCTV and access control systems
  • Asbestos awareness Is priority when installing any equipment to UOB buildings as well as our external ducts and our subway systems
  • This is monitored closely by all stakeholders
  • I work with our projects teams and help deliver larger scale building development projects by attending technical meetings regarding security equipment, auto door, roof access equipment, evacuation chairs, roller shutters, Pressurisation systems, dosing hot and chilled water systems, cabling infrastructure, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, site wide keys, HV protection fibre ring, automatic doors, fibre infrastructure and auto barrier systems
  • We currently have 230 buildings on main campus, priority is customer satisfaction
  • I manage contracts to ensure compliance across a range of equipment auto door, roof access equipment, evacuation chairs, roller shutters, Pressurisation systems, dosing hot and chilled water systems, cabling infrastructure, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, I personally manage and tender new contracts as well as manage all remedial and reactive works
  • I Manage each individual contract budget and ensure each contract is delivered on time within SLA's and on budget
  • My ILM level 3 was achieved at the UOB as well as my IOSCH
