- During my time with Gemini I was a pre-press shift manager and my responsibilities included the supervision, training and welfare of the staff, trouble-shooting jobs and the equipment and overseeing all the work done on the shift.
- I worked a double day back to back shift with regular week and weekend overtime and I also occasionally worked a 4 day 12 hour night-shift when the work dictated.
