Responsible for the management of all operational aspects of Westgate Oxford and Oxford Castle Quarter on behalf of Landsec. This includes overseeing the implementation of the Elevate service partner contract manging hard and soft services over the two sites. I am also responsible for managing compliance, vertical transport and car park operations as well as supporting the events team.
Responsible the management of the TFM contract at Westgate Oxford & Oxford Castle Quarter for Mitie on behalf of Landsec. I was responsible for leading the onsite Mitie team in all operational departments to include Security, House Keeping, Hard Services, Landscaping, Guest Services, Car Park and Waste management. Due to the new Elevate contract, I was tupe'd over to Landsec on 1st April 2024.
Responsible for the management of all areas of the 206,000sq ft City Centre Shopping Centre and associated buildings owned by Gloucester City Council/Reef and managed by Colliers International. Responsible for leading an onsite management team along with contracted security and cleaning teams as well as actively engaging with relevant business organisations within the city of Gloucester including Gloucester BID and City Safe crime initiative. Responsible for all management and operational aspects of the newly developed 232,000sq ft Shopping Park in Stratford-on-Avon owned by Hermes and managed by DTZ / Workman. Was also part of the project management team assisting with the creation of new retail units and introducing new tenants to the scheme. Greatest achievements include improving tenant communication, creating and developing marketing opportunities on a minimal budget and reducing service charge budgets over the 3 year period.
Responsible for the overall control and supervision of all aspects of the dual-use leisure centre including budgetary management, health & safety, staffing, business planning and implementing the centre's IMS. My main objective was to take the centre through QUEST accreditation which was achieved in January 2007.
