
While some of my earlier employment was in the teaching industry, those jobs taught me a lot about professional responsibility due to how rigorous standards are in that industry. Things i was able to take into my career within IT. Since working in IT i have developed a large knowledge base and skills that allow me to adapt and solve a variety of different issues on a daily basis. Due to the large breadth of issues we encounter on Helpdesk i have developed a strong desire to learn when encountering new issues, so that i can better address them in the future. I feel this willingness to learn is one of my strongest assets.
I have completed training courses in both Networking Fundamentals and windows server administration fundamentals as part of my apprenticeship. As well as a day course on Power Automate during my time at FatFace.
