I moved to the UK to continue my career in the equine industry. I worked at a showjumping livery stable in Australia for 3 years, which consistently boarded 40-50 horses. While there, I was trained by the owner and competed in show jumping competitions up to 90cm across the state.
I spent the summer of 2024 working as a polo groom, where I managed to work in a fast-paced environment.
At Shardeloes Farm, I switch between working on the livery yards and the riding school yard. When on the riding school yard, I would help lead rein lessons/lesson changeovers as well as general yard duties.
I've completed my BHS Stage 1 certificates and hope to take my Stage 2 exams soon. After which, I would like to work towards gaining coaching qualifications.
