Currently running the Labellers and the Packers.

• Controlled Coffee and Milk process via lineside PC and Nestles' DMC /SAP production system, ensuring the correct product was sent to the correct machine and the correct PO was in place. Ordering and scanning in the correct materials for the week Production Plan.
• Responsible for cleaning programmes and monitoring hygiene cleans, delivering in a timely fashion, when required.
• Measured performance, acknowledging areas for improvement, minimising production losses.
• Cross-trained on different stations to assist with production needs.

Installed hydraulic passenger and goods lifts from 2 person lifts in private dwellings to industrial lifts at paper mills and other industrial sites

• Handled repairs, maintenance and servicing of hydraulic lift systems.
• Maintained thorough installation and service records and documentation in line with company specifications.
• Effectively interpreted mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints, achieving accurate, secure lift installations and repairs.

Manufacture of kiln linings for the brick/pottery/steel industry. Also included fitting the linings into high temp kilns.

• Adhered to industry health and safety regulations, promoting optimal team wellbeing and compliance. Working with ceramic fibres.
• Carried out picking and packing to production requirements, maintaining department dispatch speed.
• Performed cleaning activities across site to maintain safety and compliance.

From leaving school to take up and complete a 3 year Brickwork Apprenticeship, gaining a City and Guilds qualification to new build houses as a self employed Bricklayer.
