Usually in a pair upheld high hygiene care, nutrition and fluids. A light hearted approach to engage Anne Weller in her Care as the on set of Alzheimers progressed. She was a lady of 91 and unable to use her legs so hoisting from bed to chair and vice versa was involved. On respite visits I would clip and file her nails.

A log book was written daily. Along with the medication- date and time, and her bowel movements were noted. Senekot was given every oher day to help Anne with her bowels, this also ensured she would eat and drink well.

• Educated patients about self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in managing their own health.
• Kept close eye on behavior and emotional responses of clients to address concerns and protect each person from harm.
• Assisted patients with handling daily chores and errands by transporting to appointments, cleaning personal spaces, and purchasing supplies.
• Assisted patients with personal requirements for housekeeping and grooming assistance.
• Assisted patients with dressing, grooming and feeding needs, helping to overcome, and adapt to mobility restrictions.
