    I have voluntarily done work for "Abbey Building Services" for which my mother was employed

    My roles included Updating ledgers and imputing data via Sage Accounting, processing invoices, managing sales and purchase ledgers, VAT work, TAX work, Credit cards, sales & purchases, I did all this manually as well as on Sage

    I also gained experience in Sage Payroll within my voluntary work experience

    I voluntarily worked & did the Accounting and Bookwork for my fathers business "First Choice Cleaning Services" when it was open I also completed Tax returns on line for him I managed the business for him whilst he was ill or away This included taking payments, making and receiving phone calls from customers and potential clients, completing his diary with appointments and making bookings I gained a lot of administrative experience through this voluntary role


    I have voluntarily worked for my mums business she set up for a short while providing people with a domestic cleaning service, I worked the administration side of the business, phone calls, orders, taking bookings as well as providing the cleaning service also I cleaned peoples homes and businesses to a high standard of finish, providing a good service to the general public and local businesses


    I voluntarily helped to run my new karate instructors karate company, providing high quality martial arts merchandise to the public I helped with the administrative side Ie, paperwork, phone calls, dealing with clients, receiving orders, processing those orders and making sure the deliveries were sent correctly and on time
