Downham Market,Norfolk

Summary

My role as a police officer can be varied and challenging at times but also very rewarding working as part of a team or on my own initiative. I have to be polite and remain professional and calm at all times, listening, being respectful and having an empathetic approach depending on the situation and be able to problem solve often in challenging and tense situations.

My current role was within the Telephone Digital Investigation Unit engaging with victims of crime on the telephone, building trust and confidence, listening, being respectful and having compassion, managing workloads and and assisting the team to meet deadlines and targets. Undergoing a training course for a new computer package whilst still managing, adapting and prioritising the workload

I am flexible, having worked shifts for most of my career, I am punctual and have a enthusiastic approach, willing to learn and take on new challenges

Holds a full UK driving licence.
