An active and driven individual with a strong passion for fitness and sport. I play rugby, which has developed my teamwork, communication and ability to perform under pressure. I also compete in triathlons and train regularly through CrossFit and gym sessions, reflecting my commitment to discipline, goal-setting and pushing beyond comfort zones.
