The reason we closed the business is my brother the other partner retired and a change in the building trade and falling demand for flooring made the company non profitable any more.
My responsibilities were, the day to day running the company with my brother, organising and delegating the daily work, ordering materials, stock control, book keeping and banking. Liaising with clients, customers and suppliers. Making sure all Health and safety is adhere to.
