Facilitated seventeen week initial police training courses. Developing and delivering bespoke police training to new recruits. Carrying out focused and ongoing written and practical assessments. Pastoral responsibility for cohorts of recruit police officers.

Facilitated training of over 1000 Metropolitan police officers and staff in the New Met For London (NMFL) course which focused on attitudes and behaviours within the Metropolitan police service. Developing material to present in engaging and motivational way.

Taught policing degree to recruit police officers at University of West London, teaching all aspects of practical and theoretical policing and legislation. Enhancing learning outcomes by developing engaging lesson plans. Ensured up-to-date subject knowledge with continuous professional development. Carrying out practical and written assessments. Advising students on academic progress to ensure positive results. Served as personal tutor for struggling students and improved pass rates.

Taught police degree to second and third year students at University of West London. Teaching all aspects of practical and theoretical policing methods and legislation. Collaborated with other lecturers to share best practices in teaching methodologies. Enhanced learning outcomes by developing engaging lesson plans.

Various uniform and plain clothes roles throughout a 27 year police career which included front line response, covert volume crime policing, public order, firearms, intelligence (both covert and overt), fraud and police training. Policed every large scale public order event in London between 1999-2014 and carried out counter terror operations throughout my career. Trained eight cohorts of new recruits in both foundation training and policing degree.

Various assistant and management roles, responsible for stock management , sales, merchandising, staff training and retention and customer service. Carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently.
