I work at McDonald's primarily in the drive-through area. I believe this enhances and contributes to my ability to deal with specific customers and provide them with information based on my experience at work because I will be the first impression people get once they've decided to go through the drive-through, so my attitude and reasonability are important in making their experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Customers frequently have questions about the various items we offer, among other things. It is my responsibility to respond to these questions and offer knowledge and reassurance to customers who are having difficulty choosing items.
Furthermore, McDonald's receives a wide range of customers, many of which are challenging. In my opinion, challenging customers serve as a test of my resilience, my comprehension of their needs, and my ability to meet those needs and more. My primary employment at Supervalu was in the car wash. I handled customer queries and issues, like flat tyres, with their cars. During my time at Supervalu, I consistently completed my daily tasks and frequently took on additional responsibilities if my needs weren't addressed outside of car washing. Since the store was near the border, we had to manage money during my visit and make conversions between euros and pounds sterling.
