Installing plumbing and heating systems in new build properties across south west, managing process from first fix to second fix and completion.

Installing bathrooms, Wet rooms and full heating systems including Air source heat pumps as well as Gas boilers.

Conducted customer care work, including emergency call outs to fix leaks and fault find various issues.

Whilst at Hodge E&M I carried out work on both domestic & commercial properties. This involved customer care based work, as well as Installation of all Underfloor heating at the company. This ranged from 3 Zone up to 12 Zone Properties exceeding a value of £1.25 million.

I had to have a very keen eye for detail as I was working on the properties at the stage of no walls, so everything had to be marked with extremely accurate calculations in correspondence with the architectural drawings.

Working directly along side a Gas Engineer carrying out repair and warranty work for Vaillant as an approved agent.

Performed Fault Finding on heating systems and wide range of boilers to pinpoint faulty components and executed repairs.

Conducted gas landlord safety checks, boiler servicing, and installations on domestic and commercial properties.

Working at M&T I shadowed two very experienced Plumbing and heating engineers working closely with them enabling my plumbing career to really take traction as I was "Thrown in the deep end" being given my own plots to work in from first fix through to second fix liaising with other trades and ordering my materials needed for the various work.

Starting my plumbing career by shadowing experienced plumbers to gain practical skills and plumbing techniques.
