In September 2022 I joined Blackwood Squadron (277) Royal Air Force Air Cadets and throughout the last three years I have gained many skills and qualities

The Air Cadets encourage leadership, team work, responsibility, communication and problem solving

In September 2024 I was promoted to the rank of Corporal within the unit This role has strengthened my ability to keep calm whilst under pressure whilst leading and supporting others My rank encourages the younger and less experienced cadets to follow my example, in relation to discipline, drill, leadership skills and correct smart uniform

Over the last three years I have achieved many of the badges that can be awarded whilst being part of the Squadron These include First Aid - Bronze level, Leadership - Bronze level, Basic Radio Communications, Duke of Edinburgh - Blue and Senior Classification
