As a member of bar staff at the Sun Inn, I am required to engage frequently with customers, providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role does extend to restaurant duties, such as waiting tables and running food.

As a team leader at the Leading Light in Faversham, I was required to oversee a group of Kitchen associates when no other senior member of staff was present. My additional responsibilities, considering this role, were: general assistance and training for other members of staff on cooking and cleaning tasks, ordering and structuring the kitchen during busy phases of work, and general management of any associate staff present.
Moreover, my previous role required me to perform a multitude of ordinance tasks to assist in the management of the kitchen. These tasks included line checks and stock counting, which monitored how much food was being wasted in accordance with how much was being sold. In addition to this, I was further required to conduct food orders, where I estimated how much stock would be needed for a week of service based on average sales over the previous business period, normally the previous three months.
My role as a technician required me to prepare chemicals and equipment for practical experiments, to assist in teaching processes. In this role, not only was I required to perform in a highly professionalised environment, but I was required to assist directly in the education of A-Level teaching. During my experience, I was required to assist A-level students in practical organisation to assist in their required coursework.
Moreover, during my experience at the Abbey School, I was allowed to run weekly revision classes for a group of A-Level History students, outside of school hours. During this time, I was able to assist in teaching these students, giving them useful essay and exam advice, as well as covering general content from their course.
