• Preparing a set 3 course a la carté dining menu to a high standard

Waiter duties:

• Providing excellent customer service through polite, friendly engagement
• Meeting individual customer needs or dietary restrictions (and relaying information to managers)
• Organising table service for optimal dining experience

• Customer sales; engaging individual queries & delivering on overall sales targets
• Work within a team to delegate 6000 telecommunication installation jobs each day to engineers and customers across the UK
• Ability to manage jeopardy & cover work
• Using software tools (e.g Outlook, Excel, KRS)
• Coordinating emails & phone systems to ensure effective, clear communication always (with customers, management, co-workers etc.)

Sports Coach: (teens & young adults 13-19)

• Monitoring fitness levels of all participants
• Designing exercises & programmes to improve overall health for the group and specific goals for individuals
• Acting as a motivator & leader to help group achieve peak physical fitness and positive mental well-being too

Assistant Trainer: (children 5-12)

• Leading training sessions & extracurricular activities for young people
• Working within a team to oversee & coordinate a fun, safe environment for all young players and participants
• Keeping track of equipment inventory, setting up drills, and leading sessions
• Collaborated with medical staff to manage player injuries effectively.
