- During my time doing work experience, I went to Avanti to understand what full time at a work place was like. I was there to help out on any of the manufacturing side of things to see what really happens behind the scenes in an full time business. I had to learn patience and teamwork to be able to make sure that the work I was doing was correct and that if I had to do a work with one of the other staff members, I would be able to do it right with them whilst communicating well. Whilst there I also had to help go and measure equipment for there business, this required patience and concentration to make sure that the measurements I was taking was correct as if they where not they would end up making the wrong size products.

- Communication Since I was young I have always played football for my local team This experience has given me the chance to show great communication with my team to make sure that we all understand each other when on the football pitch This experience has caused me to have better communication within a work place and outside of the sport
- Planning / Aiming high I have always preferred to plan in advance as it means that the activity is planned out and so that everyone involved knows when and what we are doing I prefer to do this as i feel much more organised and also causes me to not stress about it I have always tried to aim high in the things I do to try and be better than what I am projected to be I believe aiming high is the best way to go about things as you are able to achieve more greater things
- Resilience / Staying positive When i am playing football or any other activity, I show resilience as even if we concede a goal, it is always possible that we could turn the game around This demonstrates my skill of resilience as I never give up as you never know if something will change or happen I always stay positive if we have lost a match of football, as you always have to believe that the next game will be different I believe staying positive causes me to be a great employee as if I mess up, I will always keep believing
- Technical skills In football it is all about the small technical skills, and throughout the years I have taken on board all of the technical side of things to make me a better footballer I am able to learn technical skills very quickly and waste no time at learning new skills Learning these new skills can help within my life helping me in day to day life

Other interests
Gym Since June 2023 I have been going to the gym regularly in my free time. Since starting this I have learnt that not everything happens straight away and that I have to be patient in what I do. I have learnt that change will happen over time and not immediately., Football Team Since a young age i have played football for my local team. Since starting I have learnt a variety of skills like: Teamwork, Communication and Leadership. I have captained my team through many seasons with lots of ups and downs.
