Nigeria Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) HPCN RIG 120 OML 61 OLEH-D {CEMENTING JOB (26” HOLE 20” CASING & 16” HOLE 13 3/8” CASING.
● Maintenance of Cementing Unit(Triplex Pump)
● Supervise Cement bulking @ 30psi into Sile (35psi for longer distance).
● Rig up of high pressure line, Water mix line (Mixture of additives and fresh water.
● Pressure testing of Cement Line to stand pipe @ 500psi minimum to 5000psi maximum. (15mins maxi for both.)
● Supervise BOP Test (Blow-Out Test).
● Aeration to 30psi of Silo tank in preparation for Cement Job.
● Calculate weight of slurry during cementing job to maintain pore pressure balance.

• Construction Of Bridge,Flyovers and 17km Virgin Road.
  ● Reinforcement arrangement and casting of pre-stressed beam.
  ● Supervision of nineteen different box Culvert
  ● Supervision of Abutment ,Retaining wall, Transition Slab,Piers,Driving of piles, Secondary beam, Beam seat, Primary beam, Erection of Parapet.
  ● Supervision of secondary beam reinforcement arrangement in accordance with bending schedule.
• Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour requirements to determine project feasibility.
• Oversaw Quality Control (QC) for construction teams, delivering results in line with project specifications.
• Completed projects on time and within budget by collaborating with contractors, architects and public authorities.
• Tested sites and materials to assess strength and quality.
